Chardonnay 70% / Pinot Noir 15% / Pinot Meunier 15%.
Produced using the traditional method and the three classic French varieties, this Sparkling wine has had extended time on lees which has allowed the development of fine yeasty, nutty aromas. The nose and palate have fresh aromas of citrus and stone fruits with subtle pinot characters providing good length of flavour.
