Transport

The Red Hill Shuttle is available to escort you to the restaurant of your choice in the Hinterland for lunch/dinner or if you require transport to a function. This service should be booked in advance due to high demand. POA. Prices are subject to change without notification.

Our accommodation is designed for adult couples and is unsuitable for children.
We do not have facilities for dogs.
Mantons Creek is a non-smoking property.

Minimum Stay Requirements
A minimum stay of two nights is preferred Friday, Saturday &required on Public Holidays. A $50.00 surcharge applies if only one night is booked between December & April.

Arrival & Departure
Check in is between 2:00pm & 5:00pm
An estimated time of arrival is required at time of booking.
If arrival time is going to be after 5:00pm please let us know at time of booking to arrange access. Check out is by 11:00am. If you wish to book a late check out please let us know when making your reservation.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit will be taken from your credit card which will be held to secure your booking.
Your deposit will be forfeited if booking cancelled with less than 3o days notice. Full payment will be deducted from credit card if booking cancelled with less than 14 days notice.
If booking is made at short notice and you cancel or do not show full payment will be deducted from your credit card.
Bookings made through a booking service, who cancel, will incur an extra 10% charge.

There are no exceptions to cancellation policy.
